Why vote for Swarnika?

I care deeply about the Wellbeing and success of every student. University life brings exciting opportunities, but it can also bring challenges academic pressure, adapting to new environments, and balancing personal wellbeing. I want to ensure that no student feels unsupported on this journey.

With my background in HR and analytics, I am skilled at understanding people’s needs, identifying solutions, and taking action. But beyond skills I bring empathy, approachability, and a genuine commitment to student welfare. Additionally I believe this position is not only about the Mental Health and the growth of students, but also about creating an inclusive environment where students feel they belong, can connect with others, and have access to the right resources.
