Jake Aurora - Chair of Council

My aims if elected: 

- Improving student wellbeing and mental health support by working with sabbatical officers, department presidents etc

- Greater activity and visibility of the Student Council, including more widely publicised and open sessions for students, including holding town halls

- Increasing academic opportunities and partnerships, holding sabbatical officers and department heads to account in pursuing this aim

- Scrutinising the work of the sabbtical officers and their internal targets, pushing for more radical change in relation to sustainability and safety goals
