Hello everyone! My name is Katrina, and I’m running for Economic, Social and Political Science School President. As a postgraduate student in Finance and Economics, I’m passionate about strengthening the connection between students, staff, and the School.

I believe every student’s voice deserves to be heard, and my goal is to make our School a place where academic excellence, well-being, and inclusiveness thrive together. If elected, I will:

  • Strengthen communication between students and lecturers by holding regular feedback sessions and ensuring all concerns are effectively addressed.
  • Promote academic support, such as peer study groups and networking opportunities with alumni and industry professionals.
  • Enhance student experience through social and cultural events that connect students from diverse disciplines and backgrounds.
  • Represent international voices fairly and ensure all students feel respected, supported, and included.

With experience in leadership and coordination from both academic and business settings, I know how to turn ideas into practical results. I’m approachable, responsible, and dedicated to working hard for our community.
