Mexican Society

The most common element of Day of the Dead is the altar– ofrenda, in Spanish. It’s a sort of shrine that families create to honour and remember their departed ancestors and family members. We will set one. Please bring your departed beloved one's pictures (even your pets ones) since we are going to put them in the altar with a lot of love and respect of course. You will have it back at the end of the period we will be displaying the altar no worries. Also, we will have a paper MARIGOLD flower's Workshop, where you could learn how to create the flowers that would be decorating the altar. This event is free, so please do not miss this opportunity.
