Acro Yoga is an adaptation of yoga which involves acrobatics, balance, core strength and let's you fly!.
This is a group for the University of Southampton Acro Yoga Society.
Acro Yoga is a combination of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage. It is a community practice with focus on building strength, flexibility, trust, communication, and having a banging time. Literally no experience necessary.
Complete beginners will need to complete our four-week taught foundations course.
There are a small number of spaces left for 19:30 classes starting 11th and 13th of October 2017.
