Snooker and Pool
Welcome to the Snooker and Pool Club! We are the home of everything Snooker, 8-Ball and 9-Ball at the university! We are open to anyone who is interested in cue sports regardless of experience. Find links to our social media on our LinkTree here: https://linktr.ee/SUSPC_
The Southampton Snooker and Pool Club (SUSPC) has fantastic facilities directly on campus and we welcome players of all skill levels to join us! We run weekly casual practice sessions, and for those who want to play more seriously we also run leagues and compete in national university competitions.
As a club we offer:
- 4 on campus snooker tables (with 1 dedicated specifically to team members)
- Weekly snooker and pool practice sessions
- Regular socials
- The chance to participate in national competitions (E.g. BUCS, BRT, Southerns etc...)
- (For Snooker, 8 Ball pool and 9 Ball Pool)

The Committee
All clubs and societies within the Students' Union are run entirely by students. The student committee for Snooker and Pool this year are:
President
- Overall responsibility for the Student Group
Treasurer
- Responsible for the groups finances
Vice President
Welfare Officer
- Responsible for the welfare of all members during any club activities.
Men's Pool Captain
- Responsible for the Men's Pool Team(s).
Secretary
- Responsible for the administration of the group
Snooker Captain
- Responsible for the Snooker Team(s).
Social Secretary
- Responsible for organising club socials
Women's Pool Captain
- Responsible for the Women's Pool Team(s).
Membership Information
These are the current membership fees offered by Snooker and Pool, although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.

| Semester 1 Membership | £30.00 | 01/09/2025 - 31/01/2026 | Access to the snooker room in the SUSU building for the first semester; this includes access to the snooker tables, and cupboards to store personal cues. Members also get the opportunity to participate in members-only club nights. | |
| Year Membership | £50.00 | 01/09/2025 - 31/07/2026 | Access to the snooker room in the SUSU building for the whole academic year; this includes access to the snooker tables, and cupboards to store personal cues. Also provides access to our Pool Wednesday sessions. Members also get the opportunity to participate in members-only club nights, team events, and compete in university competitions. |
