The Committee
All clubs and societies within the Students' Union are run entirely by students. The student committee for Somali Society this year are:
President
- The President of the Somali Society leads the committee, oversees all activities, and represents the society within the university and wider community.
Treasurer
- As Treasurer of the Somali Society, I oversee the society’s finances, including budgeting, managing expenses, and ensuring funds are used effectively for events and initiatives. I also help support the planning and delivery of engaging cultural, social, and charitable activities for members.
Vice President
- The Vice President of the Somali Society supports the President, helps organise events, and ensures the smooth running of the society.

- The Events Secretary of the Somali Society plans, organises, and coordinates events to engage members and celebrate Somali culture.
Membership Information
These are the current membership fees offered by Somali Society, although many clubs and societies offer a free period for new members to try out their activities.
