The Creative Writing Society is for all students from any disciplines at the University who like to write creatively. We run weekly workshops on a variety of writing themes, genres and techniques, and aim to nurture budding writers of Southampton by providing opportunities for feedback sessions, competitions and guest speakers.

Our meetings are held every Friday 18:00 in building 2/3041. We are currently running a series of workshops on genre at these meetings, so come along and try out some new writing styles!

Artsoc meets every Friday evening from 6.40 - 8.40pm for 2 hours of art. Each week we do something different; life drawing, painting, tie-dye and more. The committee members organize and run each session and are all happy to help with anything you need. Artsoc aims to bring together people who enjoy art and provide them with a place to explore this interest and socialise with like minded people. If you have any questions or are thinking of joining, don't hesitate to talk to a member of the committee via email or on facebook.
