Angling Society

Sports Development

USAS is a place made for anglers to share knowledge, meet other anglers, boast your catch report and organize trips to local waters.

We aim to provide angling opportunities for both beginner and experienced anglers in a social environment - visit the facebook page for more information.

Whether you prefer salt water, fresh water or if fly fishing's your game, there's a place for all in USAS!.

Philharmonic Choir

Performing Arts

SuPhil is a non auditioning choir, and is the student section of the Southampton City Philharmonic Choir. We aim to make music live in Southampton . We sing classical choral pieces, and have 2-3 concerts a year. Our professional conductor takes weekly rehearsals with a professional accompanist, and the choir is over 180 strong, with the student section being approximately 30+.The mix of the two choirs gives us a unique blend of youthful voices with those of more experienced singers, as well as offering a once in a lifetime opportunity to perform musical works on a massive scale in an ensemble of over 180 voices.
