A Spare Room in House Next Year with 5 Girls

Hi. We are 5 girls (all currently second year) living in a 6 bedroom house next year on Portswood Road, and are looking for someone to take the extra room. It is a very good location (about a ten minute walk from Highfield Campus and right next to Portswood Sainsbury's), and all the rooms are a very good size. We are living in the house at the moment, so have a good relationship already with the landlord, who is very helpful. The rent is £395 a month and the new lease starts on July 2022.
