LOOKING FOR 1 HOUSEMATE 3-Bedroom House Harefield Road

We are two guys looking for a third housemate. We're going into our 4th years in Physics and EEE. We're clean, considerate but also know how to have fun. We often go to the library to study but also like to go out for society socials. Our hobbies include tech, photography, gym, food, games, etc. Now for the house: 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms but one shower/bath, kitchen, living room, big garden. 1 washing machine, 2 small fridges, 1 freezer, no dryer. Some driveway space but recommend getting permit (if you have a car). Rent: £533 per person per month, All bills £65 per person per month total on average. Walk to uni is 10 mins on average, and there's a bus down the road which heads towards Sainsbury's. If you have any questions feel free to message! :)
