House near Highfield (with cats!)

We’re looking for two more housemates for our house of four (plus two cats!). The house consists of a living room with dining table and TV with chromecast, kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, a second bathroom with toilet and sink, and a lovely garden with tables and chairs. It’s 10 minutes walk to Highfield campus, 5 minutes to Portswood Sainsbury’s and 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop. The rent is £475 or £485 per month including bills, depending on which room. One room is available from 1st June and the other from 1st August. We’re friendly and like a good movie night (but also respectful of those times you don’t want to chat!) so would be lovely to find someone similar.
