Semester 1 room available - University Road

Hello, I’m looking for someone to take over my room during Semester 1 (August - January, or earlier if needed) whilst I'm studying abroad. The house is on University road, so next to Highfield campus. Rent is £476 per month. The house has two bathrooms and a nice garden.
