1 housemate for downstairs room

Hello! We're looking for 1 housemate for 2022-2023 to share our house located near Highfield and Avenue Campuses. We currently have 3 people who are second-year Law, Computer science and Biochemistry students who prefer a somewhat quiet lifestyle and a reasonably tidy house. We are not opposed to drinking or clubbing but do for the most part enjoy nights in, or the occasional night at the pub or cinema. We do often enjoy cooking together and having the occasional takeaway. We are looking for another like-minded person to join our house in July 2022.If interested please feel free to contact me.
