Big double bedroom 3 floors house in the Polygon

Hello! I am looking for someone to replace me from the 1st of a January in a house shared with 5 other people in Burlington Road, the Polygon, Southampton. It is a very well located house, close to a Tesco, bars, and 10 min walking to the city center. Rent is £347 pppm + bills (Internet is already included in rent). The available room is the only one in the upper floor, right aside of one of the three bathrooms in the house (which you will share with only one person). It is a very big room, with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair (default wooden furniture). In the house you will find: - A big kitchen, with two stoves, one oven, one dishwasher, a fridge, one freezer, plenty of cabinets to store your belongings, and a dinner table; - A living room with two sofas; - A laundry room with washing machine and space to put your clothes airer; - A backyard. There are currently 5 tenants in the house (one master's student and 4 workers) and a kitten. It is a very quiet house, ideal for someone looking for a good place to live, study and/or work from home. The rent until March is already paid, so the new tenant would have to transfer me the equivalent of February and March before moving in. The next payment will happen in April and will cover the following three months. The contract is held by Student No Fee agency and will require you to sign it as well.
