Hey, I am leaving university and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy (1 July 2026 to 27 June 2027). The rent is £149.50 per person per week and bills are included! It is a clean and well-kept house. Currently, there are 4 girls looking for one more housemate (preferably another girl). The property is located in city centre, near clubs and the train station. The bus ride to Highfield Campus is only about 20 mins.
