5 Hoder Close

In the house there are are a group of second years aged 19/21, 5 girls. Studying at Winchester School of Art at University of Southampton and comuting there. They are a studious group and spend plenty of time in the studios at WSA but also really enjoy socialising. They are a friendly bunch that like to have clean and tidy kitchen and bathrooms. It is a single room with a large desk, wardrobe and chest of draws and a double bed costing rent of £449.20 per month with bills as a uni homes package all included. This is fixed regardless of usage and paid straight to the landlord. The house is about 10 mins walk to Highfield campus, a 2 minute walk to Bowlderwood Campus, with many bus links like the u6h and u2c. There is a driveway and all the car parking spaces have been taken but there is a comunial parking area that can be used. The house has 3 shower/toilets and an additional toilet (2 are ensutes and 1 is shared bettween 4). A lovely modern/dinning/lounge areais so nice and sociable when people are cooking/watching films. I am moving back home for uni so would need someone as soon as possible to take over from me. I would like to move out as soon as possible.
