Looking for quiet houseshare/housemates from January 24

Hi all, I am starting an MSc in Physiotherapy starting from January 2024. Looking for a relaxed and quiet house share in the Highfield or Portswood areas. No preference regarding gender, age, sexual orientation, etc. My hobbies include gaming, gym, boardgames, movies, jogging, and more.
