1 Person Needed for 5 Bedroom House near Portswood

We are looking for one more person to join our house of four people for the year 2021/22, with the housing contract beginning in July. The house is spacious with three floors, two bathrooms, a lounge, large kitchen and a well kept garden. It is located on Broadlands Road which is roughly 10 mins from Highfield campus, close to Portswood and shops along Burgess Road. We are a mixed household of boys and girls with varying courses like Film Studies and Engineering, and we are on varying years of study. We are friendly and will welcome anyone of any background into our house.
