Looking for one person to fill a space in our 6 person house from 25th January 2022 - 25th June 2022

We are looking for someone to replace our housemate (who is leaving in January) in our lovely house on Sirdar Road. Location is ideal; Highfield campus is right on the doorstep and Sainsbury's is a ten minute walk away. The house has a GORGEOUS open plan kitchen and living area including a dining table, two bathrooms including a shower and a shower-bath, and a garden with a grassed area and patio. We also have a tumble drier and dishwasher. We are five music students, very chill and friendly. We often spend our evenings hanging out in the living room together and chatting and we also love to play Mario Kart on the switch! We occasionally have a cocktails (or mocktails) and pizza night or a movie night with the projector. Rent is £395 a month excluding bills which are £32.45 including energy, gas, water and internet.
