Looking for 1 person to join our house for Semester 2!! REPLACEMENT TENANCY - £450pcm rent exc. bills

Currently, we are two boys (third year in biochemistry, second year in aerospace engineering) and one girl (third year in english literature) that are looking for a chill and kind person to live with us, ideally another girl but open to having another boy. We are all friendly, organised and sociable. We are quite a tight-knitted group and enjoy going out to pubs and other places. We are on Burgess Road, 10-15 minute walk and 3-5 minute bus to Highfield Campus. We are in front of the McDonalds and a 5 minute walk to the Tesco Express, with also a 10 minute walk to Swaythling Train Station. There are four bedrooms in the home, you would get the biggest room (double bed, wardrobe and large shelf) with a big garden window by the kitchen. There is one bathroom, a small living room and a kitchen with good storage space and a washer + dryer. The garden is quite massive too. Looking for someone to replace one of our outgoing tenants ASAP!! Message for any more additional details.
