1 housemate from September needed, Portswood house

Hi, we're 3 people household and we cannot wait to fill the spare 4th big room in the house on Portswood, the student area. The house has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, 4 bedrooms, 1 cleaning room with a dryer, kitchen, living room and a big garden. We're the best people to live with as we're tidy and friendly.
