LOOKING FOR EXTRA HOUSEMATE FOR 4 BED HOUSE

Hi, we have a 4 bedroom house next year located walking distance from university and not too far from Portswood highstreet. We are looking for an extra person for a 4 bedroom house, as our other mate has a placement offer. The house has 1 bathroom, a spacious kitchen and a decent garden also . Currently the tenants are 3 males (3rd years) , one studying Biomedical Science, and the other two Philosophy and economics. Rent inc bills is £429 per person per month on a 12 month contract with tenancy starting 1st September 2022. We have no preference towards anyone that wants to accommodate this offer.
