1 room available in an all girls 8 bed house on Rigby Road in Portswood. Lovely big room, loft converted with a double bed, desk and sink. The house has 3 bathrooms, a communal sitting room and large kitchen with 2 hobs, 2 sinks and plenty of storage space. There’s is also a small garden. It’s about a 5 min walk to Aldi and popular clubs and pubs (Sobar, Jesters, the hobbit). There are good bus links to Portswood and highfield campus. The 7 girls are very sociable and love going out as well as having some nights in to watch a film together. We are looking for someone who preferably is also looking for the same thing but if you prefer to keep to yourself and say hi when in communal areas that’s fine too.
