2 spare rooms in portswood

Hi, Me and my friend will be second year and we both do nursing. We’re looking for 2 people to join us next year. The house is in portswood and only 7 minutes away fork sobar and aldi. Both rooms are very spacious and have double beds, desks, draws and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. The garden is fully decked and comes with garden furniture. Out living room has two sofas, a smart tv and fast wifi which, if slacking, our landlord will sort out for us. It’s £99 a week and £25 more with bills which is £124 a week.
