Looking for 1 housemate near Highfield

Have 1 spare room in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house near Highfield campus. We have 3/4 tenants already (2 guys, 1 girl) and are looking for one more to occupy one of the big bedrooms. Rent would be 420 per month excluding bills. We're a quiet but not unfriendly house who are looking for someone clean and tidy to match us on that.
