Housemate replacement needed! ♡ ♡

I am looking for someone to take my place in my house next year. There are currently 3 other girls, all lovely and studying to do medicine. The house is only a 10 minute walk from campus behind Hartley library. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 toilets, one which is a bathroom, large kitchen with washing machine, a large living/dining space and a back garden. £144 a week with bills included. Easygoing group to live with!
