1 Room available in house of 6 in Portswood - Semester 1 only (July - Januaray) 2023/24

Hi there! I will be on a semester abroad in S1 in America next academic year (2023/24) so my room will be vacant, so this is perfect if you are on a semester abroad during S2. The average rent per room is £106 per week (not including bills). The house is in Portswood (~15 minutes from Highfield Campus), right next to where most students go for a night out, coffee and grocery shopping. We are located a couple minute walk from a regularly running bus stop. My housemate is also on the same placement as me so you won't be the only new resident here. My remaining housemates are all male and studying different Engineering disciplines. We are all really into music, films, a chill night in and occasionally a night out! We have a cleaning rota which we use to look after the communal areas. I hope my advert is something you would be interested in.
