Looking for someone to swap houses for February 2022 - June 25 2022

We have someone looking to move out for Semester 2, so they are looking for somewhere to move into and we are looking for someone to replace them in our house of six. The house is on Sirdar Road, right next to Highfield campus and about 10 minutes walk from Sainsbury's in Portswood. It has a lovely open plan kitchen and living room, two bathrooms with showers and a garden with a patio and grass. We also have a tumble drier and a dishwasher. The rooms each have a shelf unit, drawers, a bedside table, a desk, a chair and a sink. The other housemates are five music students in second year, all very chill and friendly. Some of us like going out and others like a quiet night in but we can all get together and spend our evenings playing on the switch or watching a film on the projector, with some pizza and homemade cocktails.
