Room avaliable in 3 bed flat

Looking to sort this as quickly as possible. Room available for 2024/25 academic year in 3 bed flat in Columbia Lodge- Bassett. Rent is £572 a month, including all bills, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 1 bathroom, plus another separate toilet. Would be living with 2 other girls, going into 3rd year. My circumstances have changed so I won’t be living there next year, which is why the room is avaliable.
