Looking for a house for next academic year 24-25

Hi there, I'm looking for a new place close to the university to stay for next year. I'm a second year philosophy student, a fairly quiet person, and I bake regularly (which I share!) as well as go to the gym, among other things. I enjoy going to the pub very occasionally but not clubbing.
