URGENT: Looking for 2 housemates for Broadlands Road from Jul 2026

3 bedroom house with two toilets one shower, has washer and dryer and big living room! £450 per month + £30 per week for bills~ (there will be a fee of £194 per person as you’ll be taking over people’s tenancy but we can further discuss this!) House is a 10minute walk away from uni and super close to supermarkets and shops! Easy to access public transport as well~ Would prefer second or third years for 26/27 cohort but don’t mind anyone! Need to be clean and easy to get along with! You’ll be living with me (female), I play frisbee and I’m a very clean person :) Happy to chat and discuss things!
