Looking for replacement tenant- IMMEDIATE TAKEOVER

- We are a 7 bedroom house located just behind Highfield Campus. - Currently 6 girls, one guy (one of the girls looking to drop out due to personal circumstances). - 586 a month including bills. - 3 bathrooms, two with a shower. - On road parking is available (Permit required). - Large spacious room, double bed, and sofa. - Lockable doors. - Tenancy ends late June. - Looking ideally for another girl in 2nd/3rd year but open to anyone due to how urgent this is. - We are reasonably quiet as a house but do go out on occasion as a group. - 3 study psych, and the rest study law, philosophy, and politics (all second year). - This is an immediate takeover of the tenancy.
