Final year student looking for a room in a quiet house near Highfield

I am a final year Electrical and Electronic Engineering student looking for a room in a house or flat near Highfield campus. If you already have a place with a spare room, I would be interested to hear from you. I am after somewhere quiet, clean and safe, ideally in Highfield, Portswood or Bassett, and within walking distance of campus. I am tidy, respectful of shared space and I keep sensible hours since final year is busy. I get on with people from all backgrounds and just want somewhere settled and comfortable to focus on my degree. I am not looking for a party house.
