I have a room available in a 4-bedroom student house at 5 Carlton Place, Southampton (SO15 2EA), available from 1 September. Its near gym, Westquay, Lidl and more. It’s within walking distance of the Polygon and has good bus links to Highfield and the University campus which is 15-20 mins. The house has a shared kitchen and living area, plus a nice private garden. The current housemates are 3 students going into second year asw. I know them all well theyre friendly, respectful and will keep the house tidy as ive seen their accomms last year and they were all pretty clean thoughtout the year. Theres lovely 2 boys one does politics the other does maths and one girl who does econ.
