3 bedrooms available from summer

Hello, I am a friendly student nurse with 3 bedrooms available from the start of summer. The house is in the flower estate, 5 minute walk to Highfield campus. 2 double beds and 1 single available from summer, 1 double bed available from now. House is clean and newly furnished, with nice communal areas and large garden. Looking for people who are friendly, sociable, clean and tidy, and not huge party animals!
