Looking for Second Year Housing

Hi, I’m currently a first-year Business student looking for a place for second year. Ideally, I’m looking for a house with an ensuite room and a parking space, but I’m open to hearing about suitable options. I’m happy with locations in SO15 or Bannister Park; I don’t mind either. A bit about me, I’m easygoing, tidy, and sociable. I get along well with people and I’m always happy to chat in the kitchen or living room, but I also respect everyone’s space and downtime. I’m responsible with rent and bills and would love to live in a friendly, relaxed house for next year.
