Looking for someone to join a 4 bedroom house in Bevois valley

We are looking for somebody to fill a spare room in a four bedroom house, located in Bevois valley. It is a single bedroom that includes a window, desk and wardrobe. There is a downstairs W/C and upstairs bathroom (with a shower), as well as a good sized kitchen which includes a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a small garden. Rent is £92.25 pppw before bills. We are a group of 2 girls and 1 guy going into our second year but we are open to anyone reaching out. We’re all quite laid back and enjoy going out but also can appreciate a night in. We will be very respectful of your needs or concerns! The tenancy begins in July 2022 and is a year long.
