Female flatmate needed to take over tenancy from January/ February 2022 to July 2022

Double modern room available Start of semester 2 until July 2022. I have decided to move out of my current house in Shaftesbury avenue (10 minutes walk from Highfield campus) due to personal reasons. I live in a massive 6 bedroom house with 5 other housemates. We are all south Asian females in second year apart from one of us being a masters student. Two Bathrooms available and a conservatory with a big backyard. The contract ends the 1st of July 2022. The rent is all bills and wifi included £506.18/ month. The girls are very nice and clean and very open to discuss any concerns. Another girl replacing me would be ideal.
