Looking for 1 housemate for 2023-24

Hi, we are looking for 1 housemate to join a group of 5 first year ECS students renting a 6 bedroom house situated very close to Highfield Campus. The house is fully furnished, has 3 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with all the amentities and all the bedrooms have double beds. Rent is £102pw + bills. Let me know if you're interested.
