Need flatmate for student house 23/24

Hi guys! Looking for a flatmate to fill a spot in our house of 8 second year mates (4 girls + 3 guys). Rooms are spacious, with big windows and a big kitchen. House is £107/week + £21 for bills. It’s in Central Portswood on Belmont Road, so super convenient location that’s 20 mins from the Highfield campus and a couple mins from a Tesco etc. Bus stop is under 10 min walk Really easygoing flat, love a good night out but super clean, friendly and calm group.
