Looking for one more housemate in a four person house (3 so far)

I'm looking for someone to take over my contract in a four person house. The house is on sirdar road near to highfield campus, with two bathrooms and a big open plan kitchen / living room. There are currently two girls and a boy in the house, all first year going into second. The contract starts from the 1st of July 2022 and is for a year, at £97 per week excl bills but a bills package is being considered (for an extra £10-£17 per week) Message me on 07914819331 if you're interested :)
