Looking for a student in a house share - move in end July/August/September

Hi! I'm Liliana and I have a spare room in a house in the Portswood area. The house is available immediately, so you can move in whenever you want to :) The house has a bright living room with cosy sofa and 2 armchairs, 2 toilets (including 1 bathroom), kitchen with all stuff (fridge with freezer, oven, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster) and a big garden. Shops (Iceland, Waitrose, Sainsbury's and others) and restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop is just behind the corner. I'm moving out as my partner recently got PhD in Southampton and I'd prefer to live with him :) The rent is 350£ per month, not including bills.
