Looking for 1 person to fill the final room in a four person house close to campus for 2023/24

Hey, we are three guys looking for a fourth person to fill the final bedroom in our house in Highfield from July 2023. The house is in Roselands Gardens, less than 5 mins from Highfield campus, so ideal for last-minute walks to lectures. The room includes a double bed, a desk, a large wardrobe and curtains. The house is pretty nice; it has a decent-sized living room and kitchen, plenty of fridge space and even a conservatory leading out to the garden! The three of us are third/fourth-year students studying engineering. We are good mates from first year but are welcoming and open to meeting new people. The rent is £420.33 pppcm, but we are open to negotiate different rent amounts depending on room size.
