1 Male or Female housemate for downstairs room

Hey I am looking for someone to take my house contract from Jan to 31th Aug 2022 due to personal reason. it’s a 4 ppl shared house, at Honeysuckle road( only 5 mins walk to campus), with 2 bathrooms.
