Looking for a flatmate - 2 bedrooms flat (Highfield)

Hello, I'm looking for a flatmate! I'm Giuseppe, 26 y.o. aerospace engineering PhD student. I'm currently looking for a flatmate for my 2-bedroom flat. My house is in Welbeck Avenue, 10 min walking from Highfield. Really quiet neighbourhood. Bus stop is off the road. Sainsbury's Portswood at 5 min walk. Room rent is 650 £/month (bills excluded). The room is large with 2 windows, a large desk, a double-size bed and usual closet/furniture. House is furnished. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and a little storage room are the common spaces.
