Looking for 1 house mate.

Me and 2 guys (all second year) are looking for a housemate to share a 4 bedroom house. It is on Northcote Road just a 15 minute walk from Highfield campus. Its also not too far from Portswood! We are all very clean people and will take care of the place very well so you don't need to worry about that. Also, we are planning to move out in July, so if you're planning on living at home in the summer then this is perfect! Rent is around £85 per week (over 10 months) not including bills, though we are considering a bills included option for £110 per person per week (rent and bills). Let me know if you're interested!
