Looking for a housemate for 26/27

Hi, we're a house of 5 third years (4 boys and 1 girl) looking for a replacement housemate for next year. We are a quiet and friendly house. The house has 4 bathrooms and is a 10 minute walk from Highfield campus, 20 minutes to Avenue Campus and a 10 minute walk to Sainsburys. Our current rent is £480 per month but it may go up slightly (went up £5 last year per month), and bills roughly cost around £40 per month. Our landlord is also very quick to respond.
