Looking for one flatmate for 24/25

Hello, I am Mikako, second year film studies student. I am looking for a flatmate for 24/25. I am already living at the flat which is at Ocean village, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I want to renew my contract, however my current flatmate will not renew the contract. Therefore, I need a new flatmate. Flat rent is 650 per months plus bills.
