We have a spacious double bedroom available in our 4 bed house in Highfield, just a 5 minute walk from campus and a 10-15 minutes from sainsburys. The room is downstairs and generously sized, featuring a bay window, double bed, desk and wardrobe space. Currently there are two girls and one boy. There is a nice kitchen and living area, 2 bathrooms, as well as a garden and driveway. The contract starts on the 3rd of July and rent is £477 a month, not including bills.
